CONGRATS TO MIKEY!

I was laughing so hard when I saw the thing about Lily reading a book, it does seem like she is headed in that direction, ha ha ha!

His sneakers have the velcro so he was able to do that too. And he was so excited cause in karate he got a trophy for perfect attendance. He had a great day.

This isn't a milestone but my daughter now has a morning ritual. She wakes up, takes off her bedtime pullup, goes pee, puts on panties & then goes to her vanity applies makeup & brushes her hair. The only bad thing about this is if we have to go somewhere I've got to get that stuff off her face quick or it stains. It's the bright blue & pink stuff. Eeeks.
My son is everywhere & is pulling up now too, but he doesn't know to hold on so he falls almost immediately. I wanted him to crawl & now I wish he was immobile. I can't turn my head for 1 sec or he's trying to eat or destroy something & he's been getting extra attention for his accomplishments that my dd is really mimicing him.

we shall wait and see if she is gonna stick to it this time. Smile

speaking of sleep... when your little ones were 2 months old.. was an hour of awake time fairly decent before they started getting fussy and tired again? cuz she slept all night, then was up for about an hour and 15 minutes, then started getting fussy, and cuddled with me and fell asleep

Justin is 7 months and he STILL usually needs to go back to bed like 1 1/2 - 2 hours after he got up. Completely normal (and I would say good) for that age!
