Hi all,
I wanted to share this will all the breastfeeding moms.
I was having a horrible time trying to increase my breastmilk supply.
I tried everything, oatmeal, beer, pumping more.
The only thing that worked for me was breastea
It's an all natural herbal tea and they have different flavors.
http://www.breastea.com
Hope this helps |

| fenugreek seed can help you increase your milk supply as well as having a good pump such as a medela.(an expensive double pump...if you can't afford one at full price buy one off ebay used but but new peices or sterilize all parts before useing) Its not a for sure cure but it helps. Take like 5-6 pills a day. ALso increasing your calorie intake can help. And of coarse just keep pumping. A great way to get ahead is to have extra shields and bottles for your pump. have it set up around the clock. After your nursing sessions pump for even just 5minutes after you nurse. Even if you only get a tiny amount just keep doing that for a few days...trust me your body will start to respond. I had alot of trouble sincreasing my supply but it worked! I nursed my 1st son til he was like 3-4 months old and the second until he was a year old! I learned from all my mistakes the 1st time around and learned from experienced nursing moms I guess i'm now one of them! I had alot of problems but you have to learn to be persistant and don't give up. |
