i am 37 weeks, the breast milk in my left breast seems to be a creamy white and more of a white clear liquid in my right brest. my left also seems to produce more milk is this normal?

One side does tend to produce more. I've never heard of your milk coming in before giving birth. You may want to talk to a lactation consultant.

It is normal to leak a bit (or even a lot!) when you are pregnant. When your baby is born, your body will kick into gear and produce the colostrum that your baby needs for the first few days.

I leaked ALL the time when I was pregnant, it was terrible. I had to sleep with a towel wrapped around me! Fortunately that has slowed down and went away after a month after giving birth. One breast typically produces a little more than the other and dont't be surprised to see that your baby prefers that breast. Just don't give into the temptations to let the baby nurse from that side more, you must nurse on each side equally to not end up lopsided.
