I'm Pregnant!

I tested today with a HPT and it turned immediately positive! I went to the doctor's right afterwards and he confirmed it, I should have the baby around August 24th!

Just wanted to share and welcome any advice, and to those TTC, lots of baby dust your way!

My son was born August 26th, so I know all about carrying big through the summer. Where do you live?

It's my first little one and I live in Canada, so hopefully it won't be *too* blistering hot. I'm not really sure what to expect at this point, as I don't really feel pregnant yet, it hasn't quite sunk in!

Where in Canada?? I'm near Toronto...I couldn't imagine beinging huge in the summer, you have my sympathies! I was huge in the winter so I guess I was on of the lucky ones! :lol:

I am in Ont. And was pregnant just to the beginning of June. It wasn't so bad, but I couldn't of even imagined going into July & August.

well i went today and had an ultrasound done and they said that i am only 6 weeks and i will probayly be due on aug 17 so yea well anyways my little baby looks like a peanut so i cant wait until i get to here the heart beat the lady said that it is to early to hear a heart beat but you could see the fliker

im stocking up on air conditioners as soon as i can so my pregnancy can be as comfy as possible, im lookin so forward to it tho i know summers in nyc are torture!!!! :cry:

My due date is in August as well.................August 17th. I am in Omaha, NE and normally it gets pretty hot here in the summers. Real Humid heat that stinks. And I have a trip planned to Bakersfield in June so we will see how that goes......do any of you know if it is safe to fly or should we take a train?

okay you probly shouldnt go anywhere out of state my doctor told me ( i am due aug 17 also) because you are never gonna now what can happen that far along and the doc said its best to be around were people now you history and stuff like that.

P.S Watch the dates from certin post some off them are really old and some people dont even get on anymore i hope i dont sound mean
