I am 36 weeks pregnant and have had two anal fistula repairs in the past. Today my ultrasound showed that the baby weighs somewhere around 8lbs 6 oz already (even though I know this may not be completely accurate). The doctor says she's going to be very large and I will more than likely need a c-section to ensure that my rectal muscles won't tear. This is my first child and I am very scared! Also, the ultrasound is showing me at 38 weeks and my due date a full 12 days earlier than I was originally told. I'm confused! Any advice?
