I need some more help with my neice. She is 6 and just showed up in the last month with acid reflux the doctors put her malox every 4 hours. There has to be something else to do or i would just like to know the cause of it she did not even have it when she was a baby. If anyone can give me some help I would appreciate it greatly.

If you disagree with the diagnosis...I would see another doctor. Also, perhaps you should ask the doc the reasons why he/she believes this is the problem.
