I want to know if i can find out if im pregnant before i get my missed period??

Go to your doctor or a clinic and ask for a blood pregancy test, it is the fastest method of detecting a pregnancy.

You can find out up to 4 days before you are suppose to get your period. The pregancy test I used was Answer. I don't know if any other one will tell you that early. Just read the box and see. I got my pregancy test for about $10.00 for 2. I hope I was helpful for you.
