Is this normal? My 10 month old daughter is starting to not want to eat as much. She will drink a couple of ounces from her sippy cup then want to play. I offer her the cup again and she will drink from it, but it takes her awhile. She is also not wanting solids as much either. I am lucky if I get her to eat 20 oz of formula a day.

I think it's normal. My son was the same way at that age and by 10 months he was only having 16-20 oz of formula a day and also pretty picky with his solids. My son was I think eating the stage 2 dinners at that time and he still had to have pretty mushy food or he would start to choke.
They are so interested in other things at this age, like learning to walk and exploring their world the last thing they want is to be stuck in a highchair eating.
As long as your son is healthy and his weight gain is good I wouldn't worry. You could mention it to his doctor at his one year check-up.

Good luck Very Happy

Regarding my last message, I'm sorry but I meant your daughter, NOT son. Embarassed

I agree!! They are too busy to eat at that age!! LOL!!! They also go through stages where they won't want to eat something that they have loved for months!! So don't despair...this too shall pass!! I was told to keep trying to give my son things he rejects and eventually they will go back to their old favorites!! It has worked for me!
