Hi I am new to this but um anyways my names kendra I have been with my bf mike for a year on Jan 8 but um anyways to my question....The last day I started my period was on october 17 and I have yet to have a period since then....on saturday Novemeber 19 I noticed I spotted well what I thought was starting my period but it was only a wipe of blood and the previous night on friday the 18th I had sexual intercourse so I thought I had started but it was nothing....anyways thanksgiving week I was fine....and the week after I was sick all week long I was throwing up I had diahrrea and I was crampy and nausious...I am no longer throwing up I am still a little crampy and nausious at times when I think about or smell certain foods. So I am going on 45 days almost without a period and knowing that I spotted I was concerned of course so I went to a clinic to get a test a week ago and it came out negative I have taken 2 home test since then and...nothing...still negative and still no period...I guess what I am wondering is if anyone has had diahrrea as an early pregnancy symptom...also to add I did go to the doctor and he took blood and all he told me was that it couldnt be food poisioning like I thought because my red and white blood cells were normal and even so if anyone has anything to say to help me then please please post I appreciate it alot thank yall and god bless.......
Of everyone I know who has been pregnant in the past, including women in my family, maybe a couple had diarrhea as an early sign. But even more of them did not, at least they didn't tell me about it. But as you probably know, different women experience different things. The best course of action is to visit with your doctor and determine professionally whether you are dealing with a pregnancy or not.

I had diarrhea with all 5 of my pregnancies...so for me it was definately a symptom early on. I think you should continue to try to get more tests done because you wouldn't want it to be etopic or anything. I have heard of other women not having a positive test and still ending up pregnant.
