Okay...hope this doesnt sound crazy, but im having like these jolts of energy in my lower abdomen. :shock: ..its almost like a shock, it only lasts for a couple seconds...and its only once or twice a day..
is this normal??? or is something wrong?
please help

is it painful? and how far along are you? if its not painful and your atleast 18 weeks along, what you could be feeling is your baby's first movements

If you arn't far enough along to feel the baby, it could also be your uterus stretching.
