I heard you shouldn't leave your original one in because it can make your skin rip. There are special belly rings for pregnant women, they are flexable and leave room for you to grow. So look into that.

I still have mine on but i'm only 7 weeks. I'm going to buy the pregnancy ones that stretch

i decided to take my ring out.i didn't need no more scars .it probbaly would have ripped sinc ei am gaining weight fast
