Hi Lyrics mama! I have a question that i have always wondered about. Since I have never had a baby before, I don't know much about L&D. So after you have your child vaginally, about long does it take for the whole vaginal area to heal? Does it bounce back, or will it always be stretched out? I know that kegal exercises can help. Also, about how long will you keep bleeding? I know it is different for every person, but I am just looking for someones personal experience and estimates. I don't have to worry about it yet, but the time will come....december. Thank you mommy's!
