My baby turned 1yr 2 days ago. Just wondering if anyone can help. I nursed him up to two weeks ago. And before 2 weeks ago i weened him by nrsing him only before bed for like 2 weeks. then i just stopped. I want to get pregnant again and have not been on any birth control since he was born. I haven't had a perios since before i got pregannt with him. I just want to know is it possible to get pregnant? I guess it is but how can i if i don't have a period? need some help. nicole

Breast feeding is not a contraceptive the fact that it has worked so far for you is great but i can not see any reason that now you have stoppedfeeding your periods should come striat back , if they don't come back within a month or two go and see your doctor , until then don't stress it it will happen
