I recently began an exercise routine so that may be the cause of my worry but I am not sure. Last month, my period was 6 days late. I am never late so I chalked it up to the change in my diet and such. Then this month, I was 4 days late. I have started my period both months and this month it was kind of heavy. Can you have a heavy period and still be pregnant? The only symptoms I have are peeing a lot and being tired. My mom said that with both her pregnancies, she had it easy. No sickness or anything. So what do you think? Could I be pregnant?

Yes, you can still have a normal period while you are pregnant. If you think you might be then take a preg. test.
