Does anyone have any ideas why the posts do not show up??

Ive been having this problem for about two weeks now. someone had previously mentioned that it might be my browser and to try holding the CTRL key while I hit refresh. this worked for about a week and now I cant see new posts until I acutally post and then hit CTRL and refresh.. any clues?? I just recently switched to AOL 9.0 - wonder if that is the problem??
