Your browser may not be refreshing itself on every visit to the page which might be the reason... to check to see if that's the problem follow these steps:
Click on Tools at the top of your web browser, then click on Internet Options, then in the center of the box it should say Temporary Internet Files with 3 boxes Delete Cookies, Delete Files and Settings... click on the Settings box and make sure that the circle is in front of the "Every visit to the page" option, then click ok to save the changes and see if that will help you at all.
