I've witnessed that it's usually exactly opposite of what you normally experience. I broke out right around the time my AF was due when I found out I was pregnant--that was really unusual for me, though. After that first month my skin was incredible--nearly flawless and the envy of my friends. However, my cousin, who usually has very bad acne, had beautiful skin through her entire pregnancies.
