I have a very high pulse rate and have throughout the pregnancy. I agree with others, your blood levels are starting to increase so your heart is working faster. Just don't overdo it.

FYI: My blood pressure has always been "excellent" until the last 5 weeks of pregnancy when it suddenly shot up over night. I asked my doctor if there's anything I could do to lower it--anything I could eat differently, etc. But he said this is common in those last few weeks and that it's just the blood levels getting higher and higher. All I can do it stay down and keep my feet elevated for the time being.
