We just started watching our childbirthing video last evening and so I guess that got this baby in the mood (even though this is about 2 weeks early). I cramped all night--even got up and took a hot bath shortly after midnight to help calm the contractions down. But as soon as I laid back down they started up again. Since I wasn't timing them I thought it was just the regular that I've been experiencing for weeks now. I can have them all day like 5 minutes apart and it's no big deal, so I thought nothing of it. However, at 5:50 central time my water broke. And let me tell you--there's a LOT of water up in there. It looks like I must have lost a half gallon already just in about 45 minutes. My husband came rushing in with the mop asking if I'm hurting and telling me not to slip on all the water. It's kinda funny now that I think about it. *giggles*
: Anyway, we're about to head off to the hospital because my doctor said I need to come right in. I tested positive for Strep-B so I guess they have to get a penicillin drip going. I'm not in terrible pain so I wish I could stay home, but I will be obedient. I'm timing at about 3-4 minute contractions so we'll just see how long this takes.

Oh wow Teacher that is so exciting to hear! I hope you have a quick and easy labor, can't wait to hear all about your little one! ((hugs))
