I have light bleeding could I be pregnant?

Last month I had a light period that lasted a day and I had some spotting before and after. Now this month I have 1 day of light bleeding. I'll have to see if I bleed tomorrow. The blood is bright red, but yesterday is was brown. I have some cramping, but not real bad. With my last pregnancy I had a period that was brown, but no red blood. I am 30 years old. My period is not regular but there is nothing wrong with my hormones as I had this checked. Maybe I have problems starting a normal cycle. Some months I have been normal and other months I spot. However once my period starts I always bleed real heavy.
Last month I had a vey light period for one day and now I have a light period, unless my periods are getting lighter, which i am not complaining about that. ha-ha. I have been having alot of un-protected sex, but using the with-draw method. I am not on any birth control. I was just wondering if there was any chance I could be pregnant.
