Our four have all been unmedicated natural births. In fact they were all planned home births. I don't know enough about your recent birthing experience to comment specifically. What were the circumstances that led to it being unmedicated by accident? If it was a stressful situation and things weren't going to plan, that *may* have made things more difficult.
