My breasts didn't and don't hurt as much as they did before i thought i was going to start my period. Then around the time i was suppose to start - they really didn't hurt at all and that is what made me think i was going to start my period for sure any day because that is what usually happens. So after being 8 days late i finally tested... and now i'm 12 weeks and they still dont' really hurt... just a little fuller. Good luck. and Congrats.
