does all cm mean ovulation?

Hi , my hubby and I just started ttc and I have been trying to find out as muych info as posssilble. I ahve been reading many posts and have heard of cm means O'ing. so when I have CM during AF does that mean I might be ovulating as well?? I never really paid much attention until now.thanks.
