: Hi , my hubby and I just started ttc and I have been trying to find out as muych info as posssilble. I ahve been reading many posts and have heard of cm means O'ing. so when I have CM during AF does that mean I might be ovulating as well?? I never really paid much attention until now.thanks.

Usually a women ovulates halfway into her cycle. Your cycle begins the first day of your period and ends the first day of your next period. So for ex. if you have a 28 day cycle it is likely that you will O on cycle day 14. That isn't always the case though, but usually some where around that time. Now, as far as cm it's the egg white cm you look for. It will look like a raw egg white and it will be very stretchy. Hope I was of some help. I've been TTC of couple of months myself. Oh, also you will not O during your period. The earliest you could O is maybe CD10 depending on your cycle. If you have anymore questions let me know. ***BABYDUST***
