I may be over-stepping some boundaries, but it seems to me that this traumatic birth experience has pushed you into a post partum depression. Which is quite common. I went through it and did not get better until I had help from my Dr. with medication. Now, I am not saying you need meds, but it is clear how frustrated and sad you are right now. Maybe, talk to your Dr. about these feelings and let them evaluate your situation. You have been through SO much, I just don't want you to continue to suffer.

So sorry if I am making more out of this than is really there, but because I went through it, I can't stand to see someone else suffering.

Take care of yourself. Don't worry, that little angel knows very well who his mommy is.
