Well, I might be a special case but I found acne a big problem in my 6th month... but I have to admit that this was probably because of my eating habits. I honestly have never read anything about a standard time for acne to occur. I think it really depends on the person. My sister had a baby last year and she had some acne as early as her third month... sorry I can't be more helpful.
If you are looking for something to treat it with, I ended up purchasing a treatment kit that helped to clear it up pretty quickly. You know the net, there is a lot of garbage out there, I hope this link helps. I added it to my post for you.
