My daughters going to have a baby

My daughter is 39 and she is having her first baby. She is due Dec 9. Her visit this week was not so good. The baby is breech, she has a 33 for blood sugar and the baby (Chloe)'s heart misses every forth beat, so next week my daughter is to see a specialest. I'm 10 hours away by car.

Give me some information on these three problems.
