Being sick on the pill? Pregnant?

My boyfriend and I had sex on friday night and saturday morning. We didnt use a condom as I am on the pill and we have been together a long time and therefore fully trust each other. However I was sick yesterday (sunday) evening and this morning. We havent had sex since. Is there a chance I can pregnant? Any advice would be much appreciated!
