You need to tell your doctor/midwife ASAP. Having a baby by your brother can cause your baby to have some serious health problems and can even cause death to the baby due to the genes.
This is really a serious matter, If i was i would tell my mom first, Yes she will mad and upset but she will calm down and hopefully support you through this, Don't tell the rest of the family intill you know what you are doing.
Your doctor will recommed whats best depending if your brother is full brother half brother or step brother. If hes your full brother i expect there will be problems (deformailties, disabled etc).
