: Started getting contractions that Friday before Monday the 20th. Wasnt sure if that was it cause they werent bad. They were about 20-30 minutes apart. Well went to bed as normal. Woke up and I'm guessing I was losing my mucus plug (brown nasty stuff). My contractions were getting stronger that Saturday but nothing really big. I could manage. Saturday night was getting bad. I couldnt sleep. I would in between contractions but they kept waking me up. So I started timing. They were anywhere from 6-15 minutes apart but still not that bad. Then came Sunday. They were still 6-15 minutes apart but I was still getting through it. I was so so tired from not being able to sleep. I called my Dr Sunday and told hiom what was going on. He said since my water hasnt broke to wait till it breaks then come in unless my contractions were getting closer. Sunday evening around dinner they were getting bad. Still not close together but lasting 2 minutes. I thought to myself there is no way I'll be able to sleep through the night. I can't do it again. So I called my Dr and told him I was going to the hospital. I was sopposed to be induced that Wednesday so I thought maybe since I would already be there they would do something. When I got there they put me in the labor delivery room. Took a while for a nurse to come in and check to see how much I was dilated. The last time I was checked was a couple days before that and I was 1 cm. The nurse finally came in and checked and I was 2 cm. I begged them not to send me home. They hooked me up to machines and saw my contractions were lasting long but not close together. Then a couple hours later they checked and I was 4 cm. They let me stay. The next morning I got a epadurial at was givin potocin at and dilated to 10 at 5:00 pm Monday. I pushed for 20 minutes and she was dropping so I ended up getting a c-section. Baby is crying so I gotta go but I will tell more later.
