Personally, I think no one is every completely "ready" for a child. But I would recommend preparing yourself in every possible way, before trying. There are many unexpected things that can occur, at 25 I thought I was mature and ready to handle it. But you never know: things can go wrong with the pregnancy (many complications), a baby can be born with any number of problems. Just make sure you have a "support" system! That makes all the world. Try getting some experience with children. Offer to babysit others kids. We have a BETA center near us for pregnant teens and teen moms. Maybe do some volunteer work there. Just so you know what you will be getting into. Always remember it is a 24/7 responsibility that should always come first in your life! Good luck!
