Thanks for the response! In answer to your question about the birth control - I have a heart defect and really shouldnt take it, although my doctor would prescribe it if I really wanted it, but it's not recommended. Also, I am not really into the idea of altering my already wacked hormones - I actually considered the shot that you get every three months, but I am very hesitant about that. As far as condoms, I can sum that up with one word: OW!! (Yes OW no matter how much lube there is or extra used) I was planning on the Rhythm Method (abstinence during fertility) which is what my mother has done since she got married almost 40 years ago, and it worked for her. (I realize this may not be the best choice for me now) The first pregnancy I can understand because it was definitely day 13 when that one happened, but I really was not, and am not, expecting to get preg during AF although I do realize it can happen. We'll see though! I will definitely post my results - although I dont think I will be able to wait all the way until 12/1!!! LOL :o) Most of all, I do truly believe that everything happens for a reason!
