can i get pregnant 4 days after my period?

so i have a normal cycle (28 days)but i was wondering is there any way i can get pregnant 4 days after my period? my boyfriend pulled out and i know he didn't cum in me because i saw it but i think he might have started while it was in. if any1 can help thanks a lot.
