Wow, maybe you are pregnant! And maybe no-one will ever know whether it was from this month or last because the way due dates etc are calculated isn’t precise or 100% reliable. What we do know is that every pregnancy is different and while some women have no early symptoms others have symptoms like you are describing from very early after conception. I guess we’ll have to wait til your next period is due to find out for sure if you are pregnant.
