Could I be having signs of early labor? The baby has already dropped. I have constant lower back pain. The intensity of the pain varies, but it's always there.It feels like I have a really bad period. One minute I feel like I have the flu, Diarrhea,like I want to vomit, the next minute I am fine. Lately I feel like I'm going to have the diarrhea so bad, but I don't have to go. Plus I,m still working. I'm almost 37 weeks and boss is giving me a hard time about going on maturnity leave.This isn't helping me any.
