My baby has a yeast infection right now and I nurse him full time, no bottles or anythng of the sort yet. However my babies yeast is in the diaper area (up front not on the bottom, it is like a diaper rash that lasts for more then 2 or 3 days.) and I was told that 75% of all diaper rashes are caused by yeast even if they go away after a day or 2 (this seems logicall because truthfully I don't know any mom who just lets a dirty diaper sit on a child for much time.)I was told to wash his bottom with vinegar and this probably take it away in a 2-3 days but if not then he might need something more.
