I'm 27, and the hospital gave me sanitary belts on the way home (and while I was there) that go with these really large napkins. I've only used sticky pads before for my period, but these belts seem to work well (they hold the pad close, doesn't move, doesn't still to me - ouch!). Has anyone ever used them for monthly before? I'd like to find smaller pads if I can, but they seem to work well for my periods so far (better than the sticky at least for security and comfort).
