Amy - these are great for night-time, sports and when you're flow is real heavy. I use them for that purpose and then stickons or tampons for other times. They just hold much better than the sticky ones and they just feel much more secure. Also, they won't ruin your panties (even period panties) by tearing off over and over or sticking to themselves and bunching up. You can get the regular size ones online. I use www.inhishands.com or the long ones are at drugstores.

: Hi -

: I'm 27, and the hospital gave me sanitary belts on the way home (and while I was there) that go with these really large napkins. I've only used sticky pads before for my period, but these belts seem to work well (they hold the pad close, doesn't move, doesn't still to me - ouch!). Has anyone ever used them for monthly before? I'd like to find smaller pads if I can, but they seem to work well for my periods so far (better than the sticky at least for security and comfort).

: Thanks
