I used the new digital test when I thought I might be pregnant last November. It works the same as any test only in the digital window it gives you either a + or - sign that lasts for an hour. You throw away the part you pee on and then use a new end for a new test. More of a gimmick than anything but kind of cool. My test was + and it's easier to read + than try to figure out if there really is a second line there or not. If you don't mind paying the price it's neat to try. Hope this helps.
