normal delivery after c-section?

I am 33 weeks pg with #3. #1 was an emergency c-section. #2 I was not given the c-section option. With this baby my doctor offered me a c-section because apparently the risks are higher than they were with #2. However he said that since I had a normal delivery with #2 I could possibly have a normal delivery with #3. Has anyone else done VB after c-section more than once?
