laws on abortion....

Hey umm yeah this is my first time posting anything. well here is my story...
Last night was the first time i had sex. and i'm just worried that i might be pregnant. I'm just wondering if anyone knows any of the laws on teen abortion. I live in North Carolina and i'm not sure what the law is. I need to know if i would need a parent there or what i would need. i'm not sure if i would get an abortion buti just need to know if i would need a parent there. and if i needed a parent could i take my boyfriends parents instead of mine. so if some1 could help me out here..i really need to know!
