Yes! Implantation occurs between 5&10days after ovulation, sometimes it can be later but on average it happens in that range. Implantation is not a 1 time deal, as a pregnancy continues the fetus burrows deeper into the lining which can cause brown-light pink/red spotting. Some women also get a light period when their period would have been due. If you haven't tested already, test.
