The use of Brethine (Terbutaline) during pregnancy should never be taken lightly. It is clearly a risk/benefit decision. In simple terms, in preterm labor it relaxes the uterus. This is used only when the diagnosis of preterm labor has been made.

: Doc has me on brethine 4 times daily, yesterday went to the doc and told him i feel like she is their, i asked him if she could fall out basically, he didn't answer me, he examined me and said i was dilated to 2. and that was it. i am confused. if i am taking brethine took relax my uterus, and i am dilating, can feel her right there and i am having no pain. Can anyone tell me anything about this? PLEASE
