Hey there! Just wanted to say that I hope all goes well. I went into pre-term labor at 33 weeks and was put on Brethine every 4 hours (even all night long) for the last 5 weeks of my pregnancy to stop the regular contractions. I do know that you can be dilated for a while and you will definitely feel like the baby's head is right there and ready to pop out. However, if this is your first pregnancy, the chances of the baby just falling out are slim to none. The last few weeks you can dilate, lose your plug (I lost mine at 33 weeks), etc. and the baby still might end up coming late. My water broke naturally one day (large GUSH of fluids) and that's when we knew it was definitely time. We had ours just two weeks early, thankfully. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress. Hopefully it'll be any day now!
