Linsey~
I would be sure to visit your doctor for a blood test. False positives are very rare. However, false negatives happen all of the time so even if you got a negative, you could very easily still be pregnant. I tested about 7 days before my period was due and got a positive because my body just happened to have enough Hcg at the time. But again, every test is different so one might give you a positive while another gives a negative. Our sweet daughter was born this past August, so it is very possible to test as early as you did and already know the results.
Frequent urination happens very early for many mothers due to increased blood flow. Many experience it and you just feel like you have to go every 5 minutes starting in your first trimester. It's even stronger in your 3rd trimester when you actually do have to go that often.
Please see a doctor ASAP. If you are pregnant then you need to make sure you are taking care of your body and baby. I'm listing some information below about frequent urination and about false positives. Good luck!
Causes of False Positives:

"Frequent Urination
Pregnancy causes the uterus to swell and it will start to enlarge for the growing fetus immediately. The uterus puts pressure on your bladder making you feel the need for more frequent urination. Many women start to feel this symptom within a week or two after pregnancy has occurred."

"With pregnancy, your body increases the amount of blood and other fluids which leads to extra fluid being filtered by your kidneys and ending up in your bladder. The result is that you may find yourself going to the bathroom at a much higher frequency than before."
