A surrogate mother is someone who carries the baby for someone who cannot carry it themselves. The egg is given by the woman who cannot have children and it is fertilized with sperm and put into a surrogate mother's uterus. A binding legal contract is drawn up and overseen by higher authorities. This is not selling babies--it is simply another woman carrying your baby for you. It has become much more common these days. Morgan is simply trying to find someone willing to be the surrogate mother for 9 months.

Morgan, I hope you are able to find someone who will carry your baby. I cannot imagine the heartache of not being able to carry one yourself, but I know this happens to many. God bless the woman who carries the baby knowing that it will legally be yours when the time comes. That is a very noble act.

Tight hugs,

~Teacher
