i'm 37 weeks and 3 days i have been having tighting of my stomach for some time and its not painful it just feels like my stomach above my belly button is going to rip open i am also feeling very sick to my stomach like i need to throw up. could this be a sign of early labor. the doctor said 2 days ago i was 1 cm dialated and 50% efaced.
