Nope! Your reproductive system is in a very different place. Just make sure none of his semen comes in contact with your vagina. However, make sure you still use a condom since the rectum is filled with bacteria that could make you and your partner very sick. (Yes, even if you're married and/or you're sure there are no other partners in the picture.)
