I dont think so at all, i actually think that everyones kids go through a tob boy stage and who cares if they call her mac its a cute name and its easy to say, i think you should let it go, and she will turn out find, anyways a rose by anyother name would smell as sweet right? A persons name does not decribe how they are its just a name, think about it, tyra banks one of the prettiest girls alive, but i have known many pepole with that name that are all different, you shouldnt worry about it, i think a name is a name!
