Having read the various posts regarding ppl advertising their babysitting services on this board, perhaps as a solution Baby Place could set up a specific message board for nanny/babysitters to advertise. They have a couple of message boards for pregnancy, birth and parenting so how about it. That way anybody could advertise freely, and if soembody is looking for somebody to employ then they could check the boards themselves without the postings 'invading' the other message boards. Just a suggestion to help keep the peace :o)
